It was my first time using Sixt. I usually rent with Avis. No more. My experience with Sixt in Munich was exceptional. I was given a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. The car I rented was a Volvo XC60. It was fantastic. Clean and practically new. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Booking ahead of time was easy. The Sixt app is user-friendly. The check-in agent was quick. The parking garage attendant just around the corner was very professional. He was kind enough to retrieve the car for me since my family and I had a lot of luggage. He even read my mind and changed the GPS navigation to English for me. Munich airport is well organized and very clean so that also makes the experience pleasurable. The return process was also very easy and quick. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.
