I don't know about the other locations I haven't tried but this one is always my go to choice when I rent a car. I have always received great service and good pricing, the best part is the cars, the choice of cars is great, I have always received the car in pristine condition, i've been upgraded for free on couple occasions, Sixt helped me experience one of my most favorite cars the Audi A6 Avant mind you this was a free upgrade, and most recently I got a brand new Octavia.

Good experience with Sixt as any other location, had a small issue which was promptly handled by the person on the counter when the car was returned. The staff was very friendly. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the five is that I wouldn't recommend getting a car here. The garage entry and exit are extremely narrow and while I was lucky enough not to scratch the car, there are so many scratches from previous cars in the garage that it must happen pretty often. And second Alexanderplatz was extremely busy when we wanted to return the car so we spent some 20 minutes sitting in traffic on our way to return the car. There are probably less stressful places to get and return a rental
