Arrived on a midnight flight, sure that the rental counter would be closed, even w our reservation. Long row of empty counters, for all the agencies, except the smiling face of Rosa, at the Sixt counter. Friendly chat while she got us checked in, gave us a nice Beemer SUV, and chatting with her and her shift partner Brian was a nice way to shift from hurry-up to under control. Thanks, Rosa.

Sixt counter itself was wonderful. Elorite did a fantastic job and helped us out with a few complicated setup steps when we were ready to fall asleep. Car smelled of cigarettes, unfortunately.
