By car from Porto/Matosinhos
Follow the EN 107 (Freixieiro) towards the Airport. At the first roundabout, go straight. 850 meters later, with the Airport on your right, at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. You will find our SIXT branch, in the first entrance on your right.

Take line E that takes you directly to the Airport (last stop). Afterwards, please proceed to the exterior area of the arrivals area and follow the instructions given above, in "Your way to SIXT".

Not sure why this place has a 3.3 rating as it definitely deserves much more.
