The airport shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and took us to a clean and modern facility where cheerful, smiling staff processed our rental in 5 minutes.  When I asked about a cleaning fee, the young lady assured me that this wouldn't be charged and it wasn't.  And they gave me a brand new Dacia Duster which is the vehicle I'd reserved.
