What to see in Ostrava

Located close to the Polish border, Ostrava is the third largest city in the Czech Republic.

  • A little further afield and best reached by car is the Landek Park Mining Museum. This museum gives a fascinating insight into the lives of miners during a time when the city's main export was coal.
