The service was really good, a surprise after other feedbacks I've received recently (although from other Sixt stores, not this one from Dornbirn). The clerk was nice, explained everything I needed and with something really important nowadays: patience!!! He actually called me explaining the direction where the office was situated (it was located inside a hotel sometime ago and changed to an "external" office from this same hotel building). In summary, well paid, great service, I will return whenever I need.

On arrival the requested vehicle was ready and there was no queue. The vehicle was nearly new and in good condition. There was no drama when returning the vehicle. I will rent here again.
